Returns & Exchanges

Procedure

We offer a 14 day return policy should you not be completely satisfied with your shoes or wish to exchange them for a different size.

You must declare your intention to return or exchange your shoes within this period as follows:

  • Log in to your account
  • Locate the order you wish to return or exchange
  • Send an email to notify your wish to return the order
  • Return your purchase

Items purchased by UK customers may be returned by recorded post or courier to:

We recommend you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery from a reputable carrier, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for the returned items. In the event of your package going missing, NAK will ask for proof of delivery. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

Once we have received the shoes in their original condition (please see conditions below) you will be notified by email that we have received them and the refund will be issued within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Conditions

All purchased shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface before regular wear. If any returned pair is damaged, scuffed, soiled or worn on the sole or any other areas, we may refuse to give a refund or exchange and will return the shoes to you.

Shoes must be returned in their original undamaged shoebox together with their dust bag as these are important elements of the order. Shoes that are returned without their box or bag may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, NAK reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

Shipping and handling charges for returns and exchanges are not refundable unless we have made a shipping error.

Faulty Items

If you believe that your shoes are faulty please state the nature of the fault in your email or by telephone and we will examine them once they arrive in our warehouse. If we agree that there is a defect, we will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us. If we believe the item is not defective the item will be returned to you.
